- Major Credit Cards accepted, Cash, transfer, direct deposit to checking acc.
- 50% deposit is required to hold reservation
- 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for cancellation are based upon RE-BOOKING.
Details: In the event that guest cancels his Reservation, a refund of guest's payments will be made less 10% cancellation penalty and less the total cost of credit card / bank fees, based on Rental Amount, ONLY if the accommodation is re-reserved by another party for the period of guests occupancy. Refunds will be made on pro-rata basis, guest understands and acknowledges that owner has no obligation to re-reserve upon guests cancellation.
No refunds for early departure.
Trip Interruption/Lodging cancellation coverage is available from Travel Guard and is strongly recommended. Please ask about this coverage.
- Direction to the house and lock code to open your unit will be provided separately, upon full payment receivement
- No household pets or other animals shall be kept within property or any unit.
- SMOKE FREE UNITS !! Smoking inside is strictly prohibited
- FREE INTERNET WIRELESS CONNECTION IN ALL THE UNITS
- Phone : inter islands calls are free, pls have your prepaid calling card ready to place out of island and international calls (phones are blocked)
